All you have to do is to ensure that your solution sends the correct data to us, and we’ll take it from there. Any future updates required from IMDA will also be covered as part of PxG’s services. Focus on growing your business while we take care of the technical ends.
Instead of drowning in endless documentation, your team only needs to input the necessary data into PxG, and it takes care of the rest. Any updates mandated in the future will also be covered by PxG. This would save up to 50% of the development time, bypassing the need for extensive tech team involvement.
InvoiceNow Requirements as per IMDA
As of February 2024, IMDA has listed the following mandatory criteria for solution providers.
Your solution must be able to register the business user on the Service Metadata Publisher through an Access Point.
Your solution must be able to send e-invoices (and other authorised documents) on the Peppol network.
Your solution must be able to receive e-invoices (and other authorised documents) from the Peppol network and display the invoice correctly.
Your solution must be able to capture and maintain the Peppol IDs of your users’ business partners (i.e. customer and /or supplier).
In addition IMDA has also added an additional list of preferred criteria for solution providers.
Your solution is able to lookup the users’ customer or supplier and check whether they are on Peppol network.
Your solution allows a simplified user process such that the decision making process of sending invoices to both Peppol and non Peppol-recipients is seamless (for example – when the user sends an invoice normally, the system will decide whether to send via email or Peppol network based on whether the recipient is on the e-invoicing network).
Your solution is able to send credit note on the Peppol network.
Your solution is able to receive credit note from the Peppol network and display the credit note correctly.
Your solution should be able to receive order on the InvoiceNow network through an IMDA-accredited Access Point.*
Your solution should be able to convert an incoming order from the InvoiceNow network into an invoice (that is able to retain all the information of the order) through an IMDA accredited Access Point.
Your solution should be able to send invoice response on the InvoiceNow network through an IMDA-accredited Access Point. *
Your solution should be able to receive invoice response on the InvoiceNow network through an IMDA-accredited Access Point. *
As per IMDA’s website, the * listed points will be mandatory from 1 April 2024.
